Your business is growing, your clients love you and are asking you to do more and more for their businesses. You need someone else
to help you and now they are on board, you're still frantic, until you can pass on some of the new workload. You new team member may not have any experience of your specific industry but has the bright attitude you need. Eminently trainable. If only you had time to train them or at the very least give them an overview of the your industry and show them how to use their previous experience as a starting point! If you are in the recruitment business you have hit the jackpot! It's my historical area of specialism.
